For troubleshooting, here are some extra tips from our Orion Support team which may help to resolve any other anomalies.

  1. Page Won’t Show: If you’re having trouble accessing Orion Terminal on both PC and mobile, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. You can find this option in the “privacy and security” section of your browser settings. Additionally, using a VPN might cause accessibility issues, so consider disabling it when connecting to Orion Terminal.

If you are in the middle of an atomic swap that hasn’t settled yet, do not clear your cache as it will disrupt the process.

  1. Grayed Out: If any buttons on the Orion Terminal appear grayed out or disabled, disconnect your wallet, clear your cache, refresh the page, and reconnect your wallet.

If you have an ongoing atomic swap, avoid clearing your cache to prevent any disruptions.

  1. “Secret Not Found" Status: This status indicates an interruption in the atomic swap process. To fix this, wait for the expiration and refund. Ensure you are using the same device and browser that you initially used for the atomic swap. Clearing your cache during an ongoing atomic swap can break the process, so avoid doing so.

  2. Negative balance: If your dashboard shows a negative balance for any asset, halt all trading activities. To resolve this issue, buy back the same amount of the asset in negative balance. For example, if your balance shows -15 ORN, place a buy order for 15 ORN to correct it.
